A little about me
Her Story
I’ve lived in the same little stone cottage in the Cotswolds for the better part of my life, with a wonky front door and a garden that does mostly as it pleases. It is, I think, the most paintable place in all of England.
I never trained as an artist. I simply started painting the things I love — the lane in spring, the hens in the yard, the long gold light of a summer evening — and I’ve never quite been able to stop.
Each painting here is an original. I paint them one at a time, at the kitchen table, usually with a cup of tea going cold beside me. When one finds a new home it makes me terribly happy, and I hope it brings you the same warmth it brought me to paint it.
